Long time R.A. Hubbard HC Milton Conwill has been announced as the new head basketball coach for the Tharptown Wildcats boys basketball team. Conwill has coached basketball for the past 20 years compiling a total record of 155-76 (via AHSFHS.org) at Hatton, R.A. Hubbard, and Speake. Conwill replaces Bobby Champagne who left to become the Director of Basketball Operations at the University of Houston. Tharptown finished 10-17 last season and 4th in Class 2A Region 14.
